Q1: Do you provide samples? What are the costs and lead times?

A: Yes, samples are available (some fees may be refundable upon bulk order). Sample lead time is 3-7 days.

Q2: What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

A: Standard MOQ is 5,000-10,000 units, depending on items complexity. Smaller orders can be negotiated. Just feel free to send me inquiry, because some items we maybe have stock.

Q3:  Do you offer OEM/ODM services?

A: Yes, we provide customization including items design, mold development, and printing (screen printing/hot stamping/labeling).  

Q4: Is the mold cost included in the price?

A: Standard designs have no mold fee. Custom designs require a mold fee (refundable after reaching agreed order volume).  

Q5: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept T/T (30% deposit + 70% before shipment), L/C (Letter of Credit), and PayPal (for small orders).  

Q6: Can you provide FOB/CIF quotes?

A: Yes, please provide the destination port for accurate freight and insurance calculations.  

Q7: What is your production lead time?

A: Standard items: 25-30 days; custom items: 45-50 days (including mold production). Rush orders available with additional fees.

A: We are ISO 9001 certified with full QC inspections (raw materials, production process, and final product leak/pressure tests).  

Q9: What is your packaging method?

A: Standard packaging includes cartons or pallets (with protective film). Neutral or custom-branded packaging is available. 

Q10: What if goods are damaged or missing?

A: Please document damages with photos upon receipt. We assist with claims or replacements (must be reported within 48 hours)
